Week 13’s installment of Sunday Night Football features a pair of AFC West foes pushing for postseason berths. The division-leading Chiefs will host the Broncos, who are a game back and still very much in the hunt for a playoff spot. Of course, the Broncos opened as nine-point underdogs, so Las Vegas sportsbooks aren’t painting the picture of an upset. The Chiefs outscored the Broncos 65-32 over their two games in 2020, which is why our FanDuel single-game DFS lineup leans slightly in Kansas City’s favor. .
Here are the notable scoring settings for FanDuel single-game contests: The point total for the “MVP” is multiplied by 1.5, but he doesn’t cost any additional money like the “Captain” in DraftKings Showdown contests. FanDuel’s default scoring is half-point PPR and four-point passing TDs, and there are no bonuses for 300-yard/100-yard games like on DraftKings.

FanDuel Single Game DFS Picks: Broncos vs. Chiefs
$60,000 budget, need at least one player from each team
MVP (1.5x points) QB Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs ($17,000)
Andy Reid-coached teams are traditionally strong coming out of the bye, and the Chiefs have been playing better defensively, both of which play into the hands of Mahomes on Sunday night. He hung 36.24 FanDuel points on the Raiders in Week 10, and another monster effort could be on the horizon with the team playing good complementary football.
FLEX TE Travis Kelce, Chiefs ($13,000)
Kelce has been on a solid run, scoring 15.3, 15.9, and 16.3 FD points, respectively, over his past three games. He received 26 targets over that three-week span, and we can reasonably expect another healthy dose of targets. Anytime Kelce is slated for a heavy workload, we’re happy to bet on a big performance from him.

FLEX RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Chiefs ($11,000)
Edwards-Helaire turned 14 touches in his first game back from a five-week absence into 14.6 FD points. He immediately slotted back into the Chiefs RB1 role, and with another two weeks of distance from his injury, an even bigger performance isn’t out of the realm of possibility.
WEEK 13 DFS LINEUPS: DraftKings | FanDuel | Yahoo
FLEX RB Javonte Williams, Broncos ($10,500)
Williams has eclipsed 100 scrimmage yards twice in the past three weeks, and his running mate, Melvin Gordon (hip), appears unlikely to suit up. Many have anxiously awaited for Williams to get his opportunity to run away with the lead role, and while the Chiefs have tightened up defensively, Sunday night could be his chance for 20-plus touches.
WEEK 13 DFS: Best values | Best stacks | Lineup Builder
FLEX TE Noah Fant, Broncos ($8,500)
It’s been a while since Fant cracked double figures in fantasy scoring (20.2 FD points vs. Las Vegas in Week 6), so he’s “due.” All jokes and cliches aside, Fant trails only Courtland Sutton in targets. Sutton, inexplicably, has fallen out of the mix in recent weeks (17 targets over his previous five games), and the Chiefs have struggled with tight ends. Fant’s salary is modest, but a final fantasy tally in the teens should be within reach.
