Jets quarterback Sam Darnold is on track to start Sunday against the Dolphins after missing the team’s past two games with a shoulder injury.
Darnold practiced fully on Thursday after being limited Wednesday. Darnold has not played since Nov. 1 when he re-injured his right shoulder sprain.
Right tackle George Fant did not practice again on Thursday with knee and ankle injuries. It seems unlikely he will play Sunday. Chuma Edoga, who was limited again Thursday with an ankle sprain, should get the start.
RB Frank Gore (rest day) and LB Patrick Onwuasor (hamstring) did not practice. LB Blake Cashman (hamstrings), Edoga, and WR Breshad Perriman (shoulder) were limited. TE Chris Herndon practiced fully after being limited Wednesday with back tightness.
