A state lawmaker who’s quarantined with the coronavirus accused Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Thursday of breaking the law by reportedly arranging priority tests for brother Chris Cuomo and others.

Assemblyman Ron Kim (D-Queens) told The Post, “I’m not surprised by Cuomo’s brazen abuse of power.”

“While frontline workers and our most vulnerable constituents suffered through the early stages of COVID, Andrew Cuomo directed state resources to protect himself and his family,” Kim said by text message.

“That is wrong and illegal on so many fronts.”

Kim — whose uncle, Ron Kim, died after contracting COVID-19 in a Queens nursing home — has previously called for Cuomo to be impeached over his administration’s cover-up of the total nursing home death toll from the disease.

Kim has also accused Cuomo of threatening to “destroy” him if he didn’t help try to stem the scandal.

Kim revealed his infection on Tuesday, as did Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie (D-Bronx), who authorized an impeachment investigation by the Judiciary Committee earlier this month.

Cuomo spokesman Rich Azzopardi responded to Kim’s latest attack on his boss by recycling a statement issued Wednesday night in which he said officials “were absolutely going above and beyond to get people testing” during “the early days of the pandemic.”

“Among those we assisted were members of the general public, including legislators, reporters, state workers and their families who feared they had contracted the virus and had the capability to further spread it,” he added.
