Madden 21 Black Friday sales: Compare deals at Best Buy, Target, other retailers

If you’ve waited for a good sale for “Madden NFL 21,” then wait no more.

When “Madden ’21” hit shelves in August, the outcry over the quality of the game prevented lots from dropping full retail price on the game. Now, a few months later, Madden 21 can be had at a reasonable price that might leave you feeling a bit more guilt free.

There’s even better news for those wanting to save a shekel or two: the latest football game from EA Sports is already on sale at major retailers heading into the week of Black Friday, meaning you can get out and grab a copy now, if you so choose. 

Below are the latest Black Friday deals from Walmart, Best Buy and other major retailers, if you’re looking to save a few bucks this holiday season.

Madden 21 Black Friday sales

Good news for gamers: Madden 21 is already on sale at most major retailers heading towards Black Friday.

All prices are pulled from retailer websites, in-store prices may vary.

Best Buy

Best Buy is already slicing the price on Madden 21 heading into Thanksgiving week, with both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 editions of the game down to $27.99. There’s good news for folks who have the next-gen consoles, too: Both versions of the game feature a free upgrade to the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 versions of the game.

Heading up to Black Friday, Target has halved the price of Madden 21 to $29.99. The game, which retails for $59.99, also features free upgrades to next-gen console editions. Target also offers free in-store pickup where applicable.

For those who choose to spend at Walmart, the PlayStation platformed Madden 21 can be had at a price point of $34.88. The Xbox One/Series X edition is just a bit more pricey at $37.47. The price is the same for both PlayStation and Xbox, and includes free upgrades to next-gen consoles.

As with other retailers, GameStop has lowered the price of Madden 21 for both Sony and Microsoft platforms to $26.99, slightly undercutting the Best Buy price. The sale is current and ongoing heading towards Black Friday.

The king of Black Friday deals, Amazon also has the price on Madden 21 slashed: the PlayStation edition can be had for $26.99, while the Xbox version is down to $27.99.
