JetBlue has offered to fly the family of slain Burger King employee Kristal Bayron-Nieves to their native Puerto Rico for free, so they can hold her funeral there.

“The murder of Kristal Bayron-Nieves was an evil act, but one that called our city to conscience,” Mayor Eric Adams said in a statement Saturday.

“The outpouring of love and support from all corners of our city has been genuinely heartwarming, and we thank JetBlue for providing free flights for family to hold her funeral in Puerto Rico. We are committed to giving her family the resources they need as they and our entire city grieves the loss of such a promising young woman.”

The young woman, who had just started working at a Manhattan Burger King — and already wanted off the late shift because she was so scared — was fatally shot in the stomach over $100 early Sunday, cops said.

Winston Glynn, 30, — who previously worked at the same eatery — was arrested Friday and hit with first-degree murder and robbery charges.

In video released by police, the gunman is seen wearing all black with a black mask as he appears to order Bayron-Nieves to the register to get cash.

Bayron-Nieves handed over $100 but the suspect shot and killed her anyway, her mother told The Post.

A viewing and wake for Bayron-Nieves will take place at Manhattan Funeral Services, 300 East 104th St. on Tuesday, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Her body will then be taken to Puerto Rico for burial.
