A gangbanger out on bail for a firearms bust allegedly exchanged gunfire with a rival in Manhattan — forcing a family to take cover in their apartment when a stray bullet smashed through their window, police sources said.

The Amsterdam Avenue resident and her two children managed to take cover and escape harm as Joshua Moreno, 20, allegedly fired off the shots at 9:45 p.m. outside the Harlem residence, according to sources.

Moreno blasted off six rounds and before running off, the sources said. Cop managed to soon capture him and found a Jennings .25-caliber pistol that he had allegedly ditched, sources said.

Cops charged him with criminal possession of a firearm and criminal position of a weapon, according to the NYPD.

The other shooting suspect remains at large.

Moreno, a reputed member of the 3 Staccs” street gang, was busted in the Bronx in February 2020 on criminal possession of a weapon charge, court records show.

A judge set bail at $4,000 and was let out after he partially secured bond, records show.
