Baker Mayfield didn’t hold back after showing up to his postgame press conference with his left arm in a sling.

“It feels like s–t,” Mayfield told reporters when asked how his shoulder felt.

Mayfield landed on his arm following a strip-sack by J.J. Watt during Sunday’s game, which the Browns lost 37-14 to the Cardinals. Though he returned to the game following a trip to the medical tent, Mayfield finished with just 234 passing yards – the fourth time in six games he’s been held under 250.

He told reporters that he plans to play through the injury, and will get an MRI on Monday. The Browns have not released official word on Mayfield’s status.

Browns running back Kareem Hunt (calf) and linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah (ankle) are each set to miss several weeks with injuries suffered Sunday.

Mayfield has worn a harness to limit his range of motion since Week 2, when he suffered a partially torn labrum against the Texans. Landing on the shoulder awkwardly, though, created a dislocation. Mayfield also told reporters the shoulder came out of its socket again later in the game on a non-contact play.

The Browns fell to 3-3 with Sunday’s loss, and have been hit hard by injuries. Receiver Jarvis Landry hasn’t played since Week 2. Running back Nick Chubb and offensive linemen Jack Conklin and Jedrick Willis all missed Sunday’s game with ailments. Mayfield was sacked five times and the Browns rushed for just 73 yards as a team on Sunday.

It’ll be a quick turnaround for Mayfield and the rest of the Browns, as they play the Thursday night game this week against the Broncos.
