CBS is reporting 20.4 million viewers, with a 5.1 rating in adults 18-49 and a 6.3 rating in adults 25-54 for the preview of the reboot of crime solver “The Equalizer” starring Queen Latifah on Sunday (following Super Bowl LV beginning at 10:39 p.m. ET). Comparably, these are the best viewer and demo numbers for any entertainment program since the Academy Awards on ABC on February 9, 2020.
“The Equalizer” moves into its regularly scheduled Sunday 8 p.m. ET time period out of “60 Minutes” this Sunday, February 14.
At 12:14 am ET, a Sunday edition of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” attracted 4.8 million viewers, with a 1.1 rating in adults 18-49 and a 1.4 rating in adults 25-54 beginning at 12:14 a.m. ET.
